REESE WITHERSPOON - WITHERSPOON'S SON'S BATMAN OBSESSION

REESE WITHERSPOON's young son DEACON is reportedly impressed with his mother's boyfriend JAKE GYLLENHAAL - because his sister MAGGIE stars in the new BATMAN movie.
Deacon, four, whose father is Witherspoon's ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, is said to be a massive fan of the comic book hero.
And the youngster is reportedly overwhelmed by Gyllenhaal's family connection to new film The Dark Knight - as Maggie has been showering Deacon with presents from the movie set.
A source tells America's OK magazine, "He (Deacon) is quite the Batman fan. Deacon has been waiting for The Dark Knight to come out, although Reese was worried that it was too dark for him to watch at his age."
Witherspoon began dating Gyllenhaal in 2007, following her split from Phillippe in 2006. The former couple has two children Ava, eight, and Deacon, four.
