THE SUPREMES - WILSON SUPPORTS OBAMA AND CLINTON

THE SUPREMES star MARY WILSON is looking forward to the forthcoming U.S. presidential elections - but insists she doesn't mind which Democratic hopeful triumphs.
The singer, 64, supports Hillary Clinton in the race to the White House, but admits if fellow Democrat Barack Obama triumphed later this year (08), she wouldn't mind.
She says, "I am voting for Hillary because she is a woman. The world needs healing and that is a job for a woman. Of course, it's okay with me if Obama wins.
"Having a black president will improve things for blacks in the U.S. Even in the White House he won't forget that he is black; you can't forget something like that."
