FALL OUT BOY - WENTZ SUED OVER ALLEGED BEATING

FALL OUT BOY star PETE WENTZ has been named in a suit filed by a Chicago, Illinois fan who claims he was beaten up by the rocker and his minders outside a club.
Andy Kallas alleges he suffered "serious injuries to his head, mouth and face" during the unprovoked attack.
He is suing Wentz and Schuba's Tavern, where the beating allegedly took place after a recent Fall Out Boy show.
But sources tell TMZ.com Kallas was loudly heckling Wentz and his bandmates before the alleged incident.
