RUSSELL WATSON - WATSON'S REUNION WITH CHILDREN

LATEST: British opera singer RUSSELL WATSON enjoyed a brief reunion with his two children just hours after under-going life-saving brain surgery. The tenor, 40, was admitted to a private hospital in Cheshire, England on Wednesday (24Oct07) and underwent surgery to remove a brain tumour on Thursday (25Oct07) morning. But the singer found respite from the complex surgery with daughters Rebecca, 12, and Hannah, seven. According to his manager Richard Thompson, Watson's first words after awaking in intensive care were, "I want to hug my children.". Thompson adds, "That was the highlight of his day. He dotes on the girls."
