RUSSELL WATSON - WATSON DREADING RADIOTHERAPY SESSIONS
British opera star RUSSELL WATSON is preparing himself for five weeks of radiotherapy in an attempt to finally eradicate his brain tumour. The tenor - who went into surgery in October (07) to remove the tumour - will undergo the follow-up procedure in the New Year (08). And Watson admits he is dreading the bout of radiotherapy, but remains confident he will get through the treatment. He says, "It is going to be bloody awful, but I feel like I'm six points clear at the top of the league at the moment and all I need to do is draw the next game."

Hi Russell It is "simply" Lyn again. (Should it be simple Simon?) I made an
error as the treatment I am having is actually ACUPRESSURE and not
acupuncture. Well at least i can still joke!
Lyn
I would like to wish Russell a good and healthy recovery for 2008. My brother
had a brave fight with a brain tumour and the courage and strength he had was
an inspiration to everyone who knew and loved him. Russel seems to have this
strengh and I am sure it will lead to successful results.
