STEVEN VAN ZANDT - VAN ZANDT TURNS RECORD BOSS

Guitarist, actor and radio host STEVEN VAN ZANDT is expanding his impressive resume by turning record label boss. Van Zandt's varied career includes stints in BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN's E STREET BAND, a role in hit mob TV drama THE SOPRANOS and host of Sirius radio's Underground Garage programme. Now he's branched into management by launching his own Wicked Cool label to promote garage rock. Among the first releases from the label are albums by THE CHARMS, THE COCKTAIL SLIPPERS and THE CHESTERFIELD KINGS. Van Zandt will also be releasing quarterly compilation albums under the title THE COOLEST SONGS IN THE WORLD, according to MTV.
