KEITH URBAN - URBAN PLANS A TRIP HOME

Country star KEITH URBAN is planning a professional trip back to his native Australia after completing rehab treatment in California last month (JAN07). The singer will play five shows in his homeland in May (07) - his first Australian tour in two years. Urban is so desperate to thank Aussie fans who supported him during his three month battle with alcoholism, he's even giving up an appearance at the Academy of Country Music Awards show in Las Vegas on 15 May to return home. Urban will make his first televised appearance since his counselling this weekend (10FEB07) on US show SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE. He'll play his first US tour since rehab this June (07).
