TINA TURNER - TURNER TO TOUR AGAIN
LATEST: Singing legend TINA TURNER is coming out of retirement for a new tour.
Eight years after quitting life on the road, the 68-year-old revealed she will kick off a new series of dates in Kansas City, Missouri on 1 October (08).
The announcement came during a special taping of Oprah Winfrey's talk show in Las Vegas on Saturday (26Apr08).
Turner revealed actress pal Sophia Loren convinced her to perform again, telling her she should stop "lolling about her Swiss home and get back to work."
The Oprah Winfrey show, which features a duet with Cher, will air on 8 May (08).

Yahoo! I am a huge fan. I've seen her in concert X7. Each time it was a GREAT
show. I look forward to seeing a couple more concerts.

When Tina was in Vancouver BC, Canada, i had tickets to she her concert. For some
stupid reason i sold the tickets and passed on her concert. I've been a huge fan
of hers and will never pass up a chance again to see the return of the "Queen of
Rock n Roll".
