TRICE QUITS SHADY LABEL

Rapper OBIE TRICE has walked away from EMINEM's Shady Records label to release his next album himself.
The hip-hop star insists his departure is amicable, but online speculation suggests he had become frustrated with the label's handling of his career.
Reports cite his new track The Giant, in which he raps, "I murdered everything when I wore the Shady logo / O is a mogul / Low on the totem pole 'cause Interscope's loco / Now I'm getting' mo' dough".
But Trice's manager Terry Wilson tells Allhiphop.com, "Obie and Shady were moving in different directions but he still has a great relationship with Shady Records. He has some big plans for his World Wide Hustle label".
