LINDSAY LOHAN - 'TOP MOM' DINA LOHAN OFFERS TIPS TO CYRUS' MOTHER

LINDSAY LOHAN's mom DINA has offered a few parenting tips to MILEY CYRUS' mother.
Earlier this week (06May08), Dina was named one of the mothers of the year in her native Long Island, New York - despite her daughter's trouble-filled 12 months, which saw her in and out of rehab, and arrested twice for driving under the influence.
And now the prize-winning guardian has extended her wisdom to fellow showbiz mum Leticia Cyrus in the wake of her 15-year-old daughter's recent controversial Vanity Fair photoshoot.
She says, "I don't know Miley's mom, but you know, just say strong and keep your head up. And she's (Miley's) talented and stay focused."
She adds, "You know, and be her mom."
