THE HORRORS - THE HORRORS STAY LOYAL TO FANS
British rockers THE HORRORS turned down the opportunity to support ARCTIC MONKEYS and MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE, because it would have meant letting loyal fans down.
The five-piece group were already scheduled to perform when they were offered the chance to join the two big bands, and didn't want to cancel at the last minute.
Frontman Faris Rotter says, "We're not going to say to our fans 'Sorry we've got a bigger date somewhere, see you later'. We wouldn't do that."
The singer believes there will be similar opportunities in the future, adding, "We get support offers from all kinds of bands. It's funny the bands that are into us."
