Rockers THE EAGLES have filed a lawsuit against insurance firm Korean Life, claiming the company used their DESPERADO hit for an ad campaign - without the band's permission.
The HOTEL CALIFORNIA hitmakers are seeking more than $537,000 (GBP275,380) in damages.
