BLACK EYED PEAS - THE BLACK EYED PEAS STAR UNDER ARREST FOR DRINK DRIVING

THE BLACK EYED PEAS star TABOO has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a collision yesterday morning (27MAR07). The 31-year-old singer, real name JAIME LUIS GOMEZ, was taken into custody after he was involved in a car accident in Industry, California. He was released later in the day after being cited for possession of marijuana, possession of a prescribed medication without a prescription and driving under the influence. The arrest comes two weeks after bandmate FERGIE, real name STACY FERGUSON, was reportedly banned from boarding a flight from Los Angeles to the UK because she was deemed "too drunk to travel."
