The Big Brother housemates have squabbled about this week's nominations while the reactions of contestants test others' nerves.

Rex Newmark and Jennifer Clark face the public vote this week, having received six nominations each, and 28 days in the Big Brother house look to have affected the contestants, with arguments erupting between Rex and Rebecca Shiner.

While standing in the garden, Rebecca provoked Rex's wrath by drinking the beverage of his friend Mohamed Mohamed, and taunted the chef about his nomination when he asked here: "Why don't you get your t**s out Bex? That will amuse everyone".

Though the squabble was later resolved - with Rebecca telling Rex she had lied about hearing someone shout 'Rex is a w****r' - the reaction of Kathreya Kasisopa to the row became the dominant theme of the evening.

The masseuse ran crying into the toilet as Rex and Rebecca argued and after Mario Marconi remarked: "Oh, stop crying... big baby", Rebecca labelled Kathreya's consistent tears as "ridiculous".

Lisa Appleton attempted to comfort Kathreya but resorted to telling her: "You are getting too carried away. You getting worked up is starting to stress us out," later describing her as "silly" to boyfriend Mario.

He agreed, adding: "I'm not having it, it's pathetic."

"It's got to stop" Lisa went on, with Mario commenting: "She's 30! I mean come on, smell the coffee".

But despite his complaints, the Home Office worker later told Kathreya not to apologise for her reaction.

"You are what you are love," he added.
