SWEETIN SPLITS FROM HUSBAND

Actress JODIE SWEETIN has separated from her husband of one year - just seven months after giving birth to the couple's first child.
The former Full House star, 26, filed for legal separation from Cody Herpin, 31, on Wednesday (19Nov08) in Orange County, California.
Sweetin married the movie set designer in July 2007, weeks after meeting him for the first time.
They welcomed daughter, Zoie, on 12 April (08).
The pair announced plans for a reality show based on their family life last September (08); the show's status is unknown.
Meanwhile, grown-up child star Sweetin has signed a six-figure deal for her forthcoming memoir about her struggle to overcome the perils of early fame and drug and alcohol problems.
The tome, Wild Cards, has been picked up by Simon Spotlight, a division of publishing giant Simon + Schuster.
