KIEFER SUTHERLAND - SUTHERLAND TO LEAVE JAIL ON MONDAY

Actor KIEFER SUTHERLAND will be released from jail in the early hours of Monday (21Jan08) morning. The 24 star started serving a 48-day sentence for drink-driving at the private Glendale City Jail on 5 December (07). Sutherland was incarcerated after he was caught driving under the influence in September (07). Reports suggest the 41-year-old has been on his best behaviour in jail, where he celebrated Christmas (07) and his December (07 birthday. Prison spokesman John Balian recently said, "He's not happy to be here, but you can tell from his demeanour that he's sorry and takes responsibility for what he's done."
