KIEFER SUTHERLAND - SUTHERLAND SET TO STAR IN SUPERNATURAL THRILLER

KIEFER SUTHERLAND has signed on to make the film MIRRORS this summer (07) after the 24 feature film script wasn't finished in time to start shooting. Plans to turn his JACK BAUER TV character into a movie star have been put on hold and allowed the actor to take on another project during the show's summer hiatus (07). THE SENTINEL star will play an ex-cop who works security at a mall and discovers something awry in the mirrors of a department store. THE HILLS HAVE EYES director ALEXANDRE AJA has signed on to direct and also wrote the script. The movie will begin shooting in 1 May (07) in Romania, while production on the 24 film has been pushed back to next summer (08).
