SUGAR RAY frontman MARK MCGRATH and CHARLIE'S ANGELS director MCG have turned Orange County, California's oldest restaurant into a trendy new bar. The Newport Beach natives have taken over The Arches and renamed in A. Director MCG says, "It's been around since 1922... We wanted to restore it to its original intention." The new diner and bar opens for business in April (08).
