SUGABABES - SUGABABES' AMELLE ARRESTED

Sugababes singer Amelle Berrabah has been arrested for an alleged attack upon a car in Hampshire.

Amelle, 23, has been bailed until February 21st, when she is due to report to Aldershot police station.

A Hampshire police spokesman said: "A 23-year-old woman from London was arrested and bailed on Wednesday January 9th.

"She was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage and a public order offence."

Amelle replaced Mutya Buena on the Sugababes' roster in 2005 and is the most recent addition to band.

Her boyfriend Freddie Fuller is currently recovering in hospital after being attacked with a machete in Aldershot.

Denial, the Sugababes' next single, is out in February.
