JOHN HENSON - STYLES P 'DROPS CHARGES'
LATEST: Rapper STYLES P has reportedly dropped all charges against the truck driver accused of breaking his leg in a road rage attack.
According to police, the star - real name DAVID STYLES - was cut up by a truck while driving through Greenburgh, Westchester County on 23 December. Styles got out of his car to remonstrate with the driver JOHN HENSON and threw napkins at his truck - but when he tried to get back in his car, Henson rammed Styles, breaking his left leg.
Styles is now recuperating at home.
Henson was originally charged with second-degree assault, despite insisting he feared the rapper had a gun in his car, and was held in custody over Christmas.
He was subsequently suspended from his job and has fallen behind on mortgage repayments.
According to AllHipHop.com, Styles is now refusing to press charges. Henson was due back in court on 26 January (07).
