DIZZEE RASCAL - STONE SINGS ON NEW RASCAL ALBUM

British rapper DIZZEE RASCAL agreed to let JOSS STONE sing on his new album MATHS AND ENGLISH after she pleaded with him at the Brit awards earlier this month (FEB07). The pair have both contributed to the BAND AID 2005 re-release of DO THEY KNOW IT'S CHRISTMAS?, and the experience left Stone wanting a duet with the star. He says, "She came up to me at the Brit Awards. She said, 'I'd like to sing a hook on your record.' "The track is not what you'd expect. You don't always hear Joss Stone singing on a drum 'n' bass track, do you?" The rapper also has contributions from US metal band CAGE and British dance artist SHY FX on his third album, which is due out in March (07).
