Veteran rocker ROD STEWART hopes wife PENNY LANCASTER is booted off British TV show STRICTLY COME DANCING - because he feels neglected.
The Maggie May hitmaker believes his new wife is spending too much time practicing dance routines for the show - and secretly hopes the audience will axe her so she can return home.
Lancaster says, "When I got home last night he'd pinned a note on the front door saying, 'I have lost my wife to Strictly'."
