GWEN STEFANI - STEFANI'S TIMBALAND BREAKDOWN

GWEN STEFANI was left red-faced after a planned recording session with hip-hop mogul TIMBALAND ended with her running out in tears. The then-pregnant Stefani was completing her second album THE SWEET ESCAPE before the birth of her son KINGSTON, and blames her emotionally charged and overtired state for the embarrassing incident. She says, "He's (Timbaland) just one of my favourites but I just couldn't write anything. I'd done three straight weeks of songwriting and I was tired and burned out. "He got be at a bad time. I had a little breakdown and went home crying. It was so embarrassing."
