GWEN STEFANI - STEFANI TO AUCTION TOUR ITEMS

Singer GWEN STEFANI is to auction off memorabilia from her recent world tour to raise money for California charities. The No Doubt star is offering fans the chance to purchase costumes and set pieces from her 2007 The Sweet Escape concerts, with proceeds benefiting the Orangewood Children's Foundation and the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). She says, "When I saw how successful the last charity auction was (in 2007), and how supportive and excited the fans were to be a part of it, I thought it'd be great to do another one. "To be able to share these amazing costumes with my fans and raise more money for CHOC and the Orangewood Foundation at the same time is very exciting." The lots are scheduled to go on sale in March (08) on auction site eBay.com
