STAMP PREFERS LONDON BUSES

British actor TERENCE STAMP could easily afford to be chauffeured around London - but his transport of choice is the city's bus network. With six films due for release in 2008, the 68-year-old Superman star doesn't need to use his pensioner's Freedom Pass - but uses the free ticket frequently on the British capital's public transport. A fellow bus passenger tells British newspaper the Daily Mail, "I spotted him last Friday on the number nine bus from Kensington to Piccadilly Circus. "True to form, he looked effortlessly cool in a V-neck sweater, faded jeans and trendy purple clogs."
