E.R. star JOHN STAMOS has sent his best wishes to his pregnant ex-wife REBECCA ROMIJN after learning she's expecting twins.
Romijn and new husband Jerry O'Connell announced they were having babies over the weekend (26Jul08) - and Stamos couldn't be happier for the couple.
The actor says, "I'm happy for all four of them and I wish them the best."
Stamos and Romijn split in 2004 after five years of marriage.
