REESE WITHERSPOON - STAGE STAR GIVES BILLY IDOL ANTHEM A HILLBILLY TWIST

The stage star who has revived REESE WITHERSPOON's ELLE WOODS character for hit musical LEGALLY BLONDE has recorded a rendition of rocker BILLY IDOL's DANCING WITH MYSELF for her new album. Actress LAURA BELL BUNDY chose to give the '80s anthem a country twist after hearing it at a club one night - and she has recorded it for her debut album LONGING FOR A PLACE ALREADY GONE. She tells internet gossip Marc Malkin, "I was dancing at a club one night in L.A. and Dancing With Myself came on. I was like, 'This is so much fun!' "And I really do like dancing with myself, like alone in my apartment. Sometimes with clothes and sometimes without. "I was like, 'I have to cover this. I have to do a hillbilly version of this song.'"
