STU NAHAN - SPORTSCASTER/FILM STAR NAHAN DEAD AT 81
Beloved Los Angeles sportscaster STU NAHAN, who played himself in the films FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH and ROCKY has died. He was 81. Nahan started his sporting career as a goalkeeper for ice hockey teams the Toronto Maple Leafs and Los Angeles Monarchs before switching to broadcasting in the mid 1950s. He famously interviewed Sean Penn's stoner character Jeff Spicoli in a dream sequence in cult film Fast Times At Ridgemont High.
