BRITNEY SPEARS - SPEARS BLASTS DRUNK NEW YEAR REPORTS

BRITNEY SPEARS has rubbished reports she got so drunk while seeing in the New Year (07) she had to be carried out of a Las Vegas nightclub. The TOXIC singer was partying at the Pure venue in Caesar's Palace, and was said to have drunk so much champagne, security guards helped her off the premises. However, her manager LARRY RUDOLPH claims the singer walked out of the club because she "was just done". He says, "She was not drunk. She was just tired and falling asleep." Spears, 25, filed for divorce from her husband KEVIN FEDERLINE in November (06), shortly after the birth of their second child. She has since been photographed incessantly partying with pals including PARIS HILTON and LINDSAY LOHAN.
