Rapper SNOOP DOGG is set to challenge political correctness by forming a new R+B group made up of male chauvinists. The GIN + JUICE hitmaker is developing a new group called the NINE INCH DICKS and reveals the act, in which he'll perform, will record controversial R+B songs.
