Mike Skinner has said he will only make one more album as THE STREETS after the release of his forthcoming record.

The Streets fourth album EVERYTHING IS BORROWED is scheduled to be released next month.

However, Skinner has not completely closed the door on the band, saying he may bring it back when he is "40 and broke".

"I did a five-album deal and I don't think it would be right to be making Streets albums after that. I always envisaged them as a box-set and I've got a vision for each of the albums," he said.

"The next one will bring it back to the start in a way. It will be a lot more futuristic in terms of production but a lot more train-of-thought. Maybe when I'm 40 and broke I might come back, but that all feels a bit pants."

Skinner recently reveled that he scrapped an entire album's worth of material while recording EVERYTHING IS BORROWED.
