TOM SIZEMORE - SIZEMORE RELEASED FROM PRISON

Disgraced movie star TOM SIZEMORE has been handed the best Christmas present - his freedom. The Black Hawk Down star has been released from prison eight months early. He was jailed for 16 months last year (Jun06) for violating his probation in relation to a 2004 methamphetamine conviction. Sizemore was released from a Kern County, California prison on 10 December (07) after being awarded 213 days credit for time already spent behind bars and in court-imposed rehabilitation, reports website TMZ.com. The 45-year-old star had admitted violating his probation when police found two bags of crystal methamphetamine and pipes in his possession during an arrest last month (May07) in Bakersfield, California.
