MOTLEY CRUE bassist NIKKI SIXX is thrilled to be touring with AEROSMITH, because he has idolised the STEVEN TYLER-fronted band since his teens. Sixx, 47, was only 11 years old when the WALK THIS WAY group formed and he was thrilled when the two bands decided to do a joint US tour together this year (06). The GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS hitmaker says, "I can't believe it. I'm excited but also kind of shocked. We toured for 14 months and now we're going right back on the road again? "But for me, to go out with Aerosmith is something that is a dream come true. "I think both bands work together great but they're different enough where it's not going to get boring. It's quite a journey for both bands."
