SIMS REVEALS HIKING AND PILATES FITNESS REGIME

Model-turned-actress MOLLY SIMS has ditched the treadmill and keeps in shape by heading to the hills with her dogs. The LAS VEGAS star has found the perfect way to stay toned and healthy - daily hikes with her pets. She says, "I got sick of being on a treadmill, so I go hiking with my dogs. I do Pilates - it's really about lengthening your body and not building up your muscle - and then yoga once or twice a week." As far as her diet goes, Sims insists on eating healthy and nibbles on raw almonds whenever hunger strikes between meals: "(It's) my best snack... I eat like 50 of them a day. It gives me energy and it gives me protein."
