The manager of Shreveport, Louisiana's Olive Street Bistro has offered JESSICA SIMPSON a regular spot on his stage after the busty blonde stunned locals with an impromptu performance there on 5 August (07). The singer, who has been filming new film Major Movie Star nearby, stepped up to the piano when restaurant dishwasher Marshall Collier sat down to play for diners. And restaurant manager Fernando Maldonado was thrilled when Simpson crooned classics like Midnight Train To Georgia and Desperado for his guests. He says, "It was so fantastic. Jessica is welcome back here any time." Simpson booked a table at the Shreveport diner to celebrate pal and hair stylist Ken Paves' birthday.
