PETE DOHERTY - 'SICK' DOHERTY BOWS OUT OF GIG

British rocker PETE DOHERTY pulled out of a concert in Manchester, England on Friday (03Oct08) just hours before he was due onstage.
The Babyshambles frontman was scheduled to play a solo show at the city's The Ritz venue, but cancelled less than two hours before doors were set to open, blaming an unspecified "illness".
The Ritz hope to reschedule the date asap.
