PAULY SHORE - SHORE COUNTERSUES CRAVEN

LATEST: Comedian PAULY SHORE has countersued his neighbour WES CRAVEN in their ongoing dispute over a landslide on the actor's property, blaming the filmmaker for the accident. According to a lawsuit filed Monday (18Feb08), Shore claims the earthfall on his Hollywood Hills estate in December 2006 was caused by Craven's failure to maintain the landscaping on his property. The comedian also insists the Scream director should have exterminated rodents burrowing in the slope. Craven filed charges against Shore last June (07), insisting improvements made to his home - including a pool and spa - caused water to soak a hill and damage his property. Both suits seek unspecified damages and a judgment to resolve which party should be held accountable.
