ADRIENNE SHELLY - SHELLY'S LAST MOVIE PRAISED

Murdered actress/filmmaker ADRIENNE SHELLY's movie Waitress has won an award at the 9th annual Sarasota Film Festival in Florida. The romantic comedy, which also stars Keri Russell, won the Narrative Feature Competition at a ceremony on Saturday (21Apr07). Shelly was murdered in New York last year (06) by a construction worker who tried to make her death look like a suicide.
