ETHAN HAWKE - SHAWHUGHES GOES INTO LABOUR

ETHAN HAWKE's wife RYAN SHAWHUGHES checked into a New York hospital on Wednesday morning (23Jul08) to give birth to the couple's first child.
Shawhughes is preparing for the birth at a clinic near the couple's home in the city, according to America's Star magazine.
Hawke, 37, met Shawhughes when she was the nanny to his two children with ex-wife Uma Thurman. Hawke divorced Thurman in 2004 and married Shawhughes last month (Jun08).
