RUFUS SEWELL - SEWELL'S NEW FILM 'ECHOES MCCANN CASE'

British actor RUFUS SEWELL found filming new movie VINYAN "uncomfortable" - because it reminded him of missing British child MADELEINE MCCANN. The 39-year-old says the movie, which follows a couple on their search for their son in the 2003 Asian tsunami, had stark similarities to the case of MCCann who went missing in Portugal in May (07). Sewell found the script particularly chilling because his own son, Billy, is of a similar age to MCCann. He says, "It was uncomfortable to read. I found it very difficult but I spoke to (my son) every day and got whatever contact I could. And after a while, the work became a very separate thing. "You have to find your own way of doing it without tearing your heart out."
