LEE RYAN - RYAN IN COURT AGAIN TO FACE 'ROAD RAGE' RAP

LATEST: British singer LEE RYAN has appeared in court again to face assault charges in connection to a "road rage" attack on New Year's Eve (31Dec07).
The former Blue star, 24, is accused of attacking a man following a minor traffic incident in Surrey, England.
Redhill Magistrates Court heard how Ryan hit Naeem Ibrahim up to three times during an argument, after the singer's fiancee allegedly drove into the alleged victim's cab.
The 25-year-old denies common assault.
Mr Ibrahim claims Ryan refused to pay for the damage and then launched the attack while he was writing down the registration number.
The singer appeared in court in May (08) to face the charges, but the case was postponed because Ibrahim is in India and could not attend the hearing.
An application by Ryan's lawyer to have the case dismissed was rejected by magistrates.
