LEE RYAN - RYAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT

British singer LEE RYAN has been charged with attacking a taxi driver after an incident on New Year's Eve (31Dec07). The ex-Blue star is accused of assaulting a man following a minor traffic incident in Surrey, England. Surrey Police say the 24-year-old has been charged with common assault after appearing at the Reigate police station. A police spokesperson says Ryan is due to appear in court on 29 February (08) to face the charges.
