KELLY ROWLAND - ROWLAND HONOURS PROMISE TO AUSSIE DESIGNER

KELLY ROWLAND has helped a young Aussie fashion designer realise her dreams - by wearing one of her designs for a concert performance.
The former Destiny's Child star offered to model for Juli Grbac, a contestant on Australia's Project Runway reality show, and the budding designer didn't have to wait long for the singer to honour her promise.
Grbac won the chance to create an outfit for Rowland, and the R+B star wore it for a show in Cannes, France, at the weekend (17Aug08).
Grbac tells the Sydney Daily Telegraph newspaper, "She was so lovely and the fact that she has worn my design makes me so proud."
