Hollywood actor MICKEY ROURKE feels like killing himself after bedding female strangers, but keeps on having one-night stands because they are a "physical need". The twice-divorced ANGEL HEART star admits he cannot stop himself from picking up willing women while out on the town. The 49-year-old says, "I've been with a lot of women but who's counting? Saying that, it's nothing I'm proud of. "I don't know why I do it but its a physical need I have. Sometimes afterwards I just want to blow my brains out because it's so meaningless. "I don't really enjoy gong out in Hollywood, because you bump into the same old people wherever you go - blonde girls with bad lips and fake boobs - and who really wants to spend time talking to that?"

What Mickey Rourke appears to be describing is sexual addiction and is in fact
not about sex at all. This is a compulsive behavior, like an eating disorder or
drug addiction and sex is the way it is coming out. There are treatments
available and since this problem appears to be causing him grief, what he needs
to do is contact someone who specializes in treating sexual addiction so that
they can give him the help he needs. There's no shame in that!

I think he 's doing just fine, steriotypical male with a ego and case of the
guilts. Hollywood labeled it correct when they said fame will change anyone.
Hes no differant than all they guys and gals. Hes only admitting it openly
duh....aint they all!
