TIM ROTH - ROTH DESPERATE TO APPEAR IN HARRY POTTER

British actor TIM ROTH is desperate to appear in the final two HARRY POTTER films - despite turning down a role in the boy wizard franchise six years ago (01). The Reservoir Dogs star was offered the part of Severus Snape in the movie adaptations of the book, but passed up the role which was eventually given to Alan Rickman. But Roth insists he wants to get involved in the remaining films, Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince or Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows because his three sons - Jack, Timothy and Cormac - are big Harry Potter fans. He says, "I had various reasons for not doing it before but I'd probably do something like that if it were offered to me now. I've got three kids."

Have you noticed the headline and text contradict each other? Roth said he
would probably do something in Harry Potter if it were offered to him. Where
does "desperate" come from in that?
