DJ SAMANTHA RONSON - RONSON TO RE-LAUNCH PEREZ LAWSUIT

Celebrity DJ SAMANTHA RONSON is set to relaunch her defamation lawsuit against the celebrity gossip blogger PEREZ HILTON.
The sister of British producer Mark Ronson sued Hilton after he accused her of being the owner of cocaine found in Lindsay Lohan's vehicle following the actress' car accident in Los Angeles last May (07).
The case was thrown out of court in November (07) and Ronson was ordered to pay Hilton almost $85,000 (GBP42,500).
But Ronson is launching a fresh bid to reinstate the lawsuit.
According to documents filed on Wednesday (09Apr08) by Ronson's new attorney, David M. Bass, the DJ's previous lawyer, Martin Garbus, had a conflict of interest over legal fees and didn't fight the case to the best of his ability.
