LED ZEPPELIN - ROCK 'N' ROLL STARS SUE WEBSITE OWNER

Rock legends LED ZEPPELIN will reunite for a one-off tribute concert for late music mogul AHMET ERTEGUN.
After weeks of speculation the band announced the reunion - 27 years after they split ....
Rock 'n' roll stars including members of LED ZEPPELIN, THE DOORS, THE GRATEFUL DEAD and CARLOS SANTANA have teamed up to sue the owner of a website streaming rare concert footage.
Online destination Wolfgang's Vault features thousands of recordings collected by late concert promoter BILL GRAHAM over a 30-year period - but the plaintiffs allege boss WILLIAM SAGAN is illegally offering the recordings to stimulate sales of other products.
Sagan offers T-shirts, concert posters and a host of other memorabilia on the website - as well as concert footage, which he paid Clear Channel Entertainment $5 million (GBP2.6 million) for in 2003.
The artist's legal representative JEFF REEVES released a statement saying: "Sagan simply doesn't have the legal rights to exploit and profit from the extraordinary success of these musicians."
The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court in the Northern District of California yesterday (18DEC06).
