R+B sensation RIHANNA has added a new tattoo to her collection of body art - a sprinkling of stars on her neck. The Umbrella singer, who already has a Sanskrit prayer tattooed on the side of her stomach, among other etched items, was spotted at Los Angeles' Body Electric tattoo parlour offering her neck as a canvas. A source says, "She wasn't there that long, so I doubt this is a huge work of art." Parlour staff refused to comment on Rihanna's new skin art.
