Socialite NICOLE RICHIE has denied a report she plans to marry her boyfriend JOEL MADDEN this summer (08), insisting the rocker hasn't even proposed.
Richie and Madden, who have baby daughter Harlow Winter Kate together, were said to be sending out invites for their impending nuptials as early as next week (begs07Apr08).
But a spokesperson for The Simple Life star says, "They are not even engaged."
