KEANU REEVES - REEVES AND WINTER CONFUSED FOR 'FAT LOOKALIKES'

BILL + TED'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE co-stars KEANU REEVES and ALEX WINTER were recently mistaken for "fat" lookalikes of their movie characters by a fan who spotted them together in New York.
Despite vastly differing career paths, Reeves and Winter are still close pals, almost 20 years after the 1989 movie, and its 1992 sequel - something devotees of the cult films find hard to comprehend.
Reeves reveals, "It freaks people out. We were hanging out in New York recently. We went to have some dinner. We came out and it was Hallowe'en. These two guys in Smurf uniforms came up to us and one of them said, 'Oh look it's two fat guys who want to be Bill + Ted."
